David Strangway Professional Building:
The David Strangway Building sits on University Boulevard, the primary gateway into UBC's Point Grey campus. Sitings was retained to lead the remerchandising of the former Mahony & Sons restaurant space and to release the vacant RBC unit.
The former restaurant premises were demised and re-leased to Steve's Poké Bar, Chatime, and House of Vision. The RBC unit leased to Scotiabank, bringing the building to 100% leased.
Sitings was retained to re lease one of the units that was becoming vacant in 2026. The unit was successfully leased to 123 Dentist.
