Gurinder Singh

Gurinder Singh joined Sitings in 2025. He brings a valuation-driven background across development, brokerage, and institutional asset management.

His experience includes industrial brokerage, where he worked alongside senior producers on more than $2.5 billion in asset transactions across the Greater Vancouver Area and supported national leasing initiatives covering more than 5 million square feet.

He also has a background in portfolio management, where he contributed to capital raising efforts, fund-level valuation, and debt strategy assignments. Most recently, he has been involved in industrial acquisitions, business planning, and development execution.

Gurinder holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Real Estate from UBC.
